Lots of new levels and mechanics

I've been working on this update for a while but never got around to posting it. It comes with 9 new levels (I think), some bugfixes, and removes the terrible levels like Physics? and Box roll??.

I also added a new level select screen that shows your best times and the gold time for each level, but it does not save yet. I will try to post updates more frequently from now on.
