Special Mode

I added a few new levels (actually exactly as many new levels as secret levels), including a Credits screen, with people who helped playtest the game or are just generally cool. Also, if you get all the gold times (not including secret levels), you unlock a bunch of words about how the game was developed and such (probably littered with typos), and a button in the menu will appear. Click it and check some of the levels to see what has changed! (some of the things are really obscure though)
